Planned by Magal Associates on 3 acres of land on possibly one of the most expensive pieces of Real Estate left in the core of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the design is a reaction to the speculative nature of Real Estate in the region. A handsome contemporary design influenced strongly by the Principal Architect Sateesh Magal's experience with Cooper Carry Inc., and HOK Atlanta, USA.

A State of the Art Showroom and Workshop for Maruti Suzuki India Limited was designed and engineered by Magal Associates in mid 2012. An Old Biscuit factory building was retrofitted to become the workshop and a new Reinforced concrete building was designed with a basement and attached to the existing office building. The total built-up area achieved was 55,000 sq.ft.

Magal Associates are the Architects of record for the project and worked with MSIL to have the project approved for the franchise holders of the dealership.

Located in the Gandhinagar Industrial area, the Retail Furniture showroom has been an established name in quality furniture at a reasonable price. Young Wood Furniture is an importer of South East Asian furniture from Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

Magal Associates planned, designed and engineered their buildings along with their in-house workshop in the basement. It is a Single Stop Custom Furniture Shop, providing solutions to Home and Office Needs. Elaborate display in meticulously organized sections in a multi floor setup addresses varied needs of Residential and Commercial Clients.

Mr. Babu Rao and Sons desired a Spec., Retail Building at Ameerpet, Hyderabad to gain from the Commercial success of the area. The speculative Retail building of 30,000 sq.ft., plus is located in a major Commercial Capital along the newly formed Metro Station of Ameerpet.

Located in the Gandhinagar Industrial Estate of Hyderabad, Jayadurga Furnishings an established leader in soft furnishings like curtains, Sofa-Cloth, Bed-Sheets, Table-Covers and Carpets needed a huge Warehouse and Showroom.

A Five storied building with a basement was proposed by Magal Associates and the same was realized within a 9 months period. The result is a Retail building of over 35,000 sq.ft., in Phase 1. The frontage has not been treated with Retail in mind as the client is a strong leader in furnishings for Indian and U.S homes and wants to take the time to build up Phase 2 before any of the facade is opened up to the road. The site is endowed with a 150’ wide road facing and has received a successful Retail cum Warehouse building, the largest in the region amongst non-industrial buildings.
