Kusakabe India Pvt. Ltd., is a division of Kusakabe Electric and Machinery Co., Ltd., Kobe Japan established in 1916. The facility at Sri City is 100,000 sq.ft., a State of the Art electric Resistance Welding Mill, producing a broad product line of ERW mills. Kusakabe India Pvt. Ltd., designs and builds whole production line of ERW mills as a full range mill line maker. Magal Associates Master planned, engineered, designed and built including the Interiors of the office, amenities and infrastructure of the plant located in the Sri City SEZ spread over 5000 acres along National Highway 5, about 55 km north of Chennai along the border of two large southern states in India - Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Naidu. The plant is within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) which is part of the work zone of Sri City for export oriented businesses.

Magal Associates coordinated with personnel of Sri City in seamlessly integrating the plant facilities with the available utilities and infrastructure like Roads, Power, Water, Sewerage, Telecom, Gas, Storm Water Drainage all provided within the SEZ.

Even the Intern Architects of the firm exhibited skills in dealing with regulatory work involved in seeking various permissions mandated by the Government of India and the local authorities. Working with the Japanese Industrial Giant Kusakabe Electric and Machinery Co., Ltd., has been an on-going positive experience for both the client and the Architects at Magal Associates.

Express Distribution Center at Hyderabad was planned and constructed in 2006-2007. Gati Limited is India's pioneer in the Express Distribution and Supply chain solutions. Currently Gati-Kintetsu Express Pvt. Ltd. (GATI-KWE) is a joint venture company between Gati and Kintetsu World Express - Japan's leading Logistics provider. Magal Associates designed the facilities and is the Architect of record of the project.

Modern Mechanized Warehouse & Logistics Park for M/S Hindustan Unilever 250,000 sq.ft., on 12 acres at Hyderabad.

The Morganite Crucible (India) Limited plant at Waluj Industrial area M.I.D.C, Aurangabad is a subsidiary of Morganite Molten Metal Systems - The Morgan Crucible Company plc. With more than 150 years experience, Morgan Molten Metal Systems (Morgan MMS) is the recognized leader worldwide in the supply of crucibles to non-ferrous metal industries. Morgan MMS Crucibles and foundry products provide melting solutions to foundries, die-casters and metal melting facilities covering melting applications that include Zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper/brass/bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

The Waluj plant was expanded in 2007 and 2009 - 50,000 sq.ft., expansion in 3 months.

The unique food processing unit consists of a cocoa and a chocolate manufacturing plant which started production in 1992. At that time the promoters of the company were Mrs. Sharada (renowned South Indian cine artiste) and Mr. Vijayaraghavan Namblar an engineer from IIT (India) and MIT (USA) with a robust experience in the fields of chocolate making and sales.
