Kusakabe India Pvt. Ltd. is a division of Kusakabe Electric and Machinery Co., Ltd., Kobe Japan established in 1916. The facility at Sri City is 100,000 sq.ft., a State of the Art electric Resistance Welding Mill, producing a broad product line ERW mills. Kusakabe India Pvt. Ltd., designs and builds whole production line of ERW mills as a full range mill line maker. Magal Associates Master planned, engineered, designed and built including the Interiors of the office, amenities and infrastructure of the plant located in the Sri City SEZ spread over 5000 acres along National Highway 5, about 55 Km North of Chennai along the border of two large southern states in India - Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Naidu. The plant is within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) which is part of the work zone of Sri City for export oriented businesses.

Magal Associates coordinated with personnel of Sri City in seamlessly integrating the plant facilities with the available utilities and infrastructure like Roads, Power, Water, Sewerage, Telecom, Gas, Storm Water Drainage all provided within the SEZ.

Located in the Pashamylaram Industrial Estate of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial infrastructure development corporation, the corporate office of CPHTT is about 35 Kms from Hyderabad- off the outer ring road on the Hyderabad-Mumbai National Highway. CPHTT is a manufacturer of carbon brushes for various applications in automobiles and domestic appliances.

Magal Associates designed the interiors using Contemporary office furniture and custom made Interiors using local materials and natural stone.

Magal Associates designed the Interiors of the Corporate Office in 1988 and subsequently up graded in 2001.

Located about 90 kms, East of Hyderabad enroute the historic Kakatiya City of Warangal on the National Highway the church has an enclosed area of 5,530 sq.ft. It was designed and built in 2003-2004 and is part of the larger campus consisting of the Udumula Hospital belonging to the Catechist Sisters of St. Ann. The ceiling height is 30’ and the Interiors have panels of Christian Vernacular Motifs from the Bible.
