The design of the first homes in this gated community commenced in the year 1991. The Hussaini Bhai Wagh home was completed in 1993. Being a connoisseur of art, Mr. Hussaini Bhai Wagh contributed meticulously to the Interior Design elements, actively working with the designers at Magal Associates.

The client being a Plywood manufacturer of repute and acknowledged expert on Natural woods helped the design team gain valuable insights in the Art of ‘Natural Wood use in Interior Design’.

Mr. Khambatty spent most of his professional life as a Civil Engineer specializing in Water Supply and Sanitation in the United Kingdom. Located amongst the best homes of Hyderabad city, the project posed the challenge to live up to the expectations of the owners and neighbors usually concerned about any new construction and its impact on their neighborhood. Mrs. and Mr. Issac George having a corporate background from being a Finance Director of the GVK Group were enthusiastic and meticulous in their inputs to the design team at Magal Associates which designed and engineered this home with a basement parking and Home-Theater den.

Mediterranean elements along with classical design are evident. A desire to have least maintenance led to the use of local stone cladding on the exterior.

The home of Mrs. and Mr. Y.V. Rao, a well informed, technically aware family who actively participated in the design of their home with the Architectural design team of Magal Associates which handled the Structural and Architectural design of their home in the Greater Hyderabad area.

The home has Contemporary Interiors with complete solar powered solutions for heating and lighting.

The home replaced an old load bearing structure built in the year 1983 on a 2,400 sq.ft., lot of land. The built-up area of 3,750 sq.ft., clearly exhibits meticulous choice of natural stone, the finest Teak wood in the world logged and milled to sizes from the forests of Maharashtra State, Marble and Granite from Rajasthan State and modern fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms with the finest Ceramic tiles. Belonging to the Principal Architect of Magal Associates and his wife (a Civil Structural Engineer trained in the U.S.) the teams at Magal Associates were under pressure to perform and demonstrate the accuracy of Anthroprometric data. The home took nearly 1.5 years to complete due to detailed efforts to have the finest of building materials sourced from different parts of India.
