A State of the Art Showroom and Workshop for Maruti Suzuki India Limited was designed and engineered by Magal Associates in mid 2012. An Old Biscuit factory building was retrofitted to become the workshop and a new Reinforced concrete building was designed with a basement and attached to the existing office building. The total built-up area achieved was 55,000 sq.ft.

Magal Associates are the Architects of record for the project and worked with MSIL to have the project approved for the franchise holders of the dealership.
