A well-known and respected name in the field of Civil / Structural Engineering and Architecture in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Mr. Magal is a graduate of Osmania University, Hyderabad (1963) and the University of Hawaii, Manoa and the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign, U.S.A (1969). After working in Honlolulu, Hawaii, USA in the late 1960's and early 1970's, Mr. Magal returned to India to take control of the firm started by Mr. N.R. Magal. He has been responsible for numerous projects of magnitude both in India and abroad. He is regarded as an expert on cost effective solutions to the client's structural and architectural design needs with his over three decades of experience. His responsibilities include leading the firm's design and engineering efforts to ensure that the expressed concerns of the client are addressed.

Sateesh is a distinguished graduate of the Gulbarga University, Gulbarga (1993) and has post graduate education from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and Kansas State University (1995), United States of America. Experienced on several projects of national and international significance in the United States, Sateesh provides Design and Documentation standards and project coordination for the firm. His holistic understanding of Computer Aided Design as applicable to Architecture is an asset to the firm, in meeting the client's expectations and making available alternate solutions to the design program quickly and effectively. He works directly with clients and coordinates all engineering and architectural disciplines within the client's design parameters. He is also responsible for all technical aspects and quality delivery to the clients. He is a Certified Fire Forensics Professional from UL/NFPA. On-going Projects include the New US Consulate, Financial District, Hyderabad with the US Department of State, and Corporate Industrial Complexes and their Multinational Offices.

The office at Magal Associates was established in the 1930's, although the firm itself was established in 1925. The office facility is endowed with an excellent natural habitat that nurtures Design Talent from across the Nation. The Success of the Firm is demonstrated in its repeated choice by Fortune 500 Multinational Firms as also most recently by the US Department of State, Overseas Building Operations for their New US Consulate Facility at Central Business District, Hyderabad.

Architecture here is the responsibility of designing the built environment taking into consideration the Health, Safety and well-being of the end users. The design strives to have a sense of style that transcends time and cultural contexts. Magal House has been a Green building since 1930's. The entire office interior does not need artificial lighting during the day and more than 50% of storm water run-off from the site and the building rooftop is harvested for gardening. Also a significant amount of plant and tree waste is used as compost to sustain the trees and plants on site. Last but certainly not the least the people at Magal Associates are carefully associated with the firm from the best Institutes of India and get trained to work on projects of National and International significance.
We carefully listen to our clients and work with them to get the best out of their budget and resources for the benefit of the project. Magal Associates has been at the forefront of incorporating new technology in its practice, beginning with the use of the "Slide Rule" in the 1960's to the use of the "Texas Instruments" Calculators in the 1970's. Today the company uses licensed software's like "AutoCAD" from Autodesk and "Struds" both leaders in Architectural and Structural Engineering software, respectively. Tekla and Revit are also utilized with our Associates for larger and more Complex Projects. The standard operating tools which are industry benchmarks, in addition to an efficient network of computers are available in the office. Being one of the first in the country to have its own A0 plotters, the company does not hesitate to step up to the available technological upgrades.
